Deliveries

Terms effective from 27 October 2026. Purchases made before that date are governed by the previous terms.

These terms apply to purchases made directly from AVA, on avacr7.com. If you bought from an authorised distributor or reseller, delivery is governed by that seller’s terms.

DELIVERY

Zones, methods, delivery times and costs. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the order. They are shown at checkout, together with the zones, methods and delivery times, before you complete your purchase. The delivery times shown are estimates. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of the order. If we fail to do so, you may give us an additional reasonable period to deliver and, if we still fail to deliver, cancel the purchase and receive a refund, without prejudice to your other legal rights.
Free shipping. Free shipping on orders of €300 or more to Europe and €10,000 or more to the rest of the world. The minimum amount is always based on the final order value, after discounts. See countries with free shipping from €300 Portugal and Spain (including the islands), Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Åland, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Vatican City, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Sweden, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and Türkiye. All other destinations (Africa, Canada, the United States, Mexico and the rest of the world) have free shipping from €10,000.
Deliveries outside the European Union. For destinations such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the United States, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply. These amounts are not included in the price or the shipping costs. They are set by the authorities and the carrier in the destination country and are paid by the customer at destination.
Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. The carrier may contact you by SMS or email to arrange delivery.
