What is AVA's return policy?

Returns are accepted if the product is intact, in the same condition as when it was sent and accompanied by the invoice. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. In the event of damage, the product will be exchanged for an identical item, unless out of stock, in which case the refund will be made using the payment method used for the purchase.

AVA respects the right to free resolution in online purchases, except in the following cases:

  • Customized products;
  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been opened after delivery;
  • Products that show signs of use, dirt, food remains or damage caused by the user.

What is AVA's cancellation policy?

Order cancellations can be made before the product is shipped. To cancel, please contact customer support via email at customercare@avathletes.com or by calling +351 917367941 (National Landline).

After shipping, it will not be possible to cancel the order, but you can proceed with a return in accordance with AVA's return policy.

What is AVA's warranty policy?

All AVA products have a 3-year compliance guarantee, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, except for second-hand goods, which have an 18-month guarantee.

If a defect is identified in the product during the warranty period, AVA may:

  • Repair the product at no additional cost;
  • Replace the product with a new one; or
  • Refund the value of the product (excluding any shipping costs).

To activate the warranty, you must present proof of purchase. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, inadequate maintenance or external factors (such as natural disasters) is not covered by the warranty.

How does delivery work and what are the deadlines?

At checkout, the available delivery methods, shipping zones and associated deadlines and costs are displayed.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond AVA's control. After your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with delivery details. You may also be contacted by the carrier via SMS or email.

For home deliveries, it is important to check the conformity of the products upon receipt and immediately report any visible damage to the carrier, noting it on the receipt receipt. Hidden damage must be reported to AVA in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the recipient's location.
