DELIVERIES

When you check out the shopping cart, you will be shown: shipping zones, available delivery methods, as well as delivery times and costs.

  • Delivery times are merely indicative as they may depend on factors beyond the control of Green Fit Recovery, Lda, and therefore no damages arising from non-compliance can be attributed to Green Fit Recovery, Lda.
  • If goods and services are intended for the end consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the end consumer when the end consumer or a third party indicated by the end consumer is in possession of the goods.
  • Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check their conformity, informing the carrier of any damage detected, which must be mentioned on the respective receipt receipt.
  • In the event of hidden damage, the customer must report this fact in writing within 24 hours to Green Fit Recovery, Lda, using the contact details provided on the website.

The amounts charged for home delivery vary according to the type of transport and location.


For home deliveries, you will receive an email confirming delivery (sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse).
You may be contacted by the carrier, by SMS or email to be informed of the delivery of the order.

 

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if the product is intact, exactly as it was when it was shipped and accompanied by an invoice, without prejudice to the legal provisions applicable in the event of non-conformity and the right to free contractual termination existing in online purchases.

In the event of damage, the item will be exchanged for an identical item, unless there is no stock available. In this case, a refund will be made using the payment method used by the consumer at the time of purchase. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

The refund for the purchase will be made by Green Fit Recovery, Lda within a maximum period of 30 days, through the payment method used by the consumer.

 

The right to free reporting does not apply when:

  • the goods supplied are customized;
  • there is a supply of goods that were sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and were opened after delivery, including headphones and toothbrushes;
  • the items show signs or marks of use, food remains, dirt or dust, or any anomaly caused by the user;
